Moneybags mashup
DJ Moneybags mixes together the acapella of Drake and Nicki Minaj’s “Up All Night” with an altered beat from Lil Wayne and Drake’s “Right Above It.” It’s a quality mashup. The “Right Above It” beat is better with the original vocals, but the point of this mashup is that DJ Moneybags did a great job mixing these two songs that both feature Drake into one song which applies a better beat to the vocals from “Up All Night.” I received this from our good friend DJ Heezy aka Hunter Bouchard, so here’s his commentary on DJ Moneybags, who he promotes:
Moneybags, a rookie mixtape DJ turned varsity professional production player proudly vehicles the new urban music experience by crafting in-demand mixtapes. Cashed out of Boston, Massachusetts, also socially street tagged as the ‘Bean’, Moneybags is now officially the rare coin and new voice of the block for moving exclusive product. In a music sector seeking dynamics amongst their great heat hustlers, Moneybags’ stock raises eyebrows in Hip Hop’s cultural atmosphere. Still gaining steam in terms of actual fan-fare, but on fire as far as his ability to permeate an overly saturated Mixtape DJ market with custom tapes, Moneybags operates with the same sting as Mixtape DJ pioneers DJ Clue, DJ Kay Slay, and Ron G in their pavement days.
