Showing some huge talent

We are nearing the release of Tayyib Ali’s mixtape Eighteen and by the looks of this song, it’s gonna be a huge release. This song has a very good beat, andTayyib has a nice flow on it. This will be his first mixtape, but he’s already displayed a huge amount of talent in “What My Father Told Me,” “Cold World,” “Bounce” w/ Jazz Cartier, and “Break Your Heart (Remix).” Tayyib is going places, and his upcoming mixtape will something you’ll want to get your hands on. OnCue – A Smile Like A Flame (prod. CJ Luzi)

The mixtape is gonna be epic!

I’ve had my chance to listen to Cuey Sings the Blues last night and had to give it another listen this morning. You will want to have the whole mixtape in your iTunes, and we will bring it to you tomorrow afternoon. I cosign this mixtape as one of the top 3 mixtapes of the year, and I first made that statement only hearing the first six songs, and the mixtape happens to get better from there. OnCue’s producer, CJ Luzi is a genius and worked well with OnCue to make this mixtape EPIC. This song is just a tiny taste of the mixtape, but I guarantee you’ll love what we’ll be giving you tomorrow. Become a fan of OnCue on facebook. Here’s Cuey’s statement on facebook:

New Tinie Tempah

Here is the latest leak off the man freshman LP (shown above). Definitely one of the hottest things across the pond so be sure to go pick up this man’s album when it drops on October 4th. Young man from UK is showing some real promise, and he gets a little help from Miss Dilemma on this cut. Enjoy.

Sheldon Scott – I’m Luving You

Great talent

We recieved this in an email from FNT a week and a half ago. I took it along with me on my roadtrip across state to college and found myself replaying it over and over again. Sheldon Scott is an artist out of Toronto, Canada. He works with T-Minus, who’s worked with artists like Drake.

iSH – Cameras + In Dreams

2 chill songs from iSH

Here’s a new artist to GMAD. I spotted both of these songs on PnP two days ago and had them on my desktop since then. On “Cameras,” iSH raps on Matt & Kim’s song “Cameras.” Then on “In Dreams,” iSH goes in over Michael Rossback’s “In Dreams.” He does a great job on both; each are very refreshing to listen to. I prefer “In Dreams” more but both songs are very good. I’m glad more artists are taking the route to rapping over indie songs.

Ra Ra Riot – Boy (RAC Mix)

Amazing New Indie RAC Mix

Ra Ra Riot is one of my personal favorite bands to begin this post. With that said, RAC is also my favorite remix group, so I knew when the two came together it would be something amazing. It has a nice Indie feel to it as well with a nice upbeat touch. Hope you guys like it, check it out!

ILLijah – On My Way (Hold Yuh Remix) + Kick It With Our Clothes Off

Smooth voice

You should definitely check out both of these songs. ILLijah has a very refreshing voice. The first song “Kick It With Our Clothes Off” is a really nice track to dance to. The second song is a remix to Gyptian’s “Hold You (Hold Yuh),” but it is much more of a relaxing song rather than the party song of the original. Enjoy

White Panda – Hate Dynamite (50 Cent & Game vs. Taio Cruz)

More great Panda

I guess I overlooked this song when I downloaded it on Monday. I haven’t been liking White Panda as much lately, but their material this week has still been good. The song mixes 50 Cent & Game’s “Hate or Love It” with Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite.” Thanks to Labor Day, we’ve got an extra night to party, so I hope you have this on your playlist at a party.

The Naked and Famous – Young Blood (Skeet Skeet’s MEGA Edit)

Indie Remix

Skeet Skeet took one of my favorite songs from TCSM Lake Edition and turned it into a high energy, electro remix. I really enjoyed the beat before, and I am glad he kept the original rift in the remix, but wish there were more lyrics. Still a great song.. Loved the original.. Love the remix… hope you all do as well and have great Labor Day weekend. ENJOY!

Casey Herlihy – Crashing Down (OnCue Cover)

A truly great cover

I’m pleased to introduce you to Casey Herlihy. In the video, he covers OnCue’s “Crashing Down” and does an amazing job, displaying how much he admires the original song, even making it his own, without rapping. If you like this rendition, he covers some other songs on youtube. On another note, OnCue will be releasing Cuey Sings the Blues soon and Casey happens to be featured on one of the songs, “Daddy’s Money.”

Breaking J. Cole News: He is releasing a new mixtape. And apparently it’s inspired by Nasty Nas and this is the FIRST leak. Enjoy.

Cam Meekins – Fast Lane (feat. Chris Webby)

Solid New Collabo

Here’s two major artist followed on GMAD, both in the same song. Got this from TMG…

When I interviewed the little homie Cam Meekins a few weeks back he was telling me how much he would like to work with Chris Webby. Well they ended up hitting the studio in Boston about a week ago and “Fast Lane” is what came from the session. With production from Matty Trump, a hook from Meekins himself, and a verse and a half via Webby… needless to say it’s a hit.
