The Hood Internet – 3 Tracks

Best Hood Internet Tracks

So since I recently found out that T Webb doesn’t follow Hood Internet tracks anymore, I thought I’d pick that up for you guys. Although not all of there mashups are good, some have great potential. To show you guys what they are capable of doing, I’m posting my three favorite songs by them. If you guys like them, I’ll follow up on their site and make sure I check out all their new material.

Atlantic Connection ft Deviant – Tomorrow’s Not Enough

Great Track

First off, shout out to Mikey Vuitton for this one, he keeps sending me great music. The actual song has about a minute and a half of talking at the beginning, but I just edited that out and got right to the music. It’s a great beat and great lyricism. Check it!

GMC – Do It Again

Irish Rapper

So I really don’t know much about this track other then James Lamb sent it to me, props. The instrumental reminds me a lot of “Truth” by Chiddy Bang, so if you like that, definitely check this out. The rapping itself isn’t amazing, but is still decent for an international rapper. The instrumental and sample are what make the track for me on this one, hope you like it.

Vodka & Milk – The Remixes

Electronic Remix Album

For those who have not heard of Vodka & Milk, it really is something worth checking out. You may have gotten a taste of what they can do if you DLed thier ’Money To Blow’ remix durring the 3 song submission contest, but if you havnt heard yet.. here ya go! Releasing a 6 track mixtape, V & M takes songs from the likes of Game, 2Pac, Jay-Z, Wale, and J. Cole and adds thier very unique electro style to it. For these songs they 100% change the beat so you can really see what thier full potential is. Below are single DLs and streaming of my favorite from the mixtape, my houses favorite, and the most popular on Hypem (#1 last week!), and of course the full tape if you wanna just get the whole thing. Enjoy!

Data Howler – Two Words (Kanye West, Mos Def & Freeway Vs. Stars)

Amazing Track, Summer Feel

If any of you know the artist Objectiv One, he recently changed his name to Data Howler and with that change came a new style. I’m really loving this track. Since I spotted it at Potholes In My Blog and love what they had to say, I’ll let them do the talking…

Today, we bring you the first of Data Howler‘s upcoming series of crammed-together goodies. Here we have “Two Words” by Kanye West, Mos Def and Freeway slammed into Stars’ “Charming”, which takes the otherwise abrasive rap joint and makes it melt into summery goodness.

Two New Cuts off ‘Teflon Don’

New Ricky

Here goes two new tracks from Ross’ upcoming album. First we have Maybach Music pt. 3 which is also the last song of the series. Interesting line-up on the song. The King delivers a nice verse and I’m not really a fan of Jada so I didn’t pay attention to him. Second song the Bawse pulls Drake on for the feature but of course Drake goes soft and just sings. Grow a pair Drake. Smooth flow to both of these and Ross seems to have a weird obsession with cars. Have heard better Ricky but enjoy..

P.S. For those who care Teflon Don will drop on time. Now come get educated.

Chip Tha Ripper – Independence Day (Mixtape)

New and Old Chip

Chip tha Ripper is what I would call a weed rapper. He has simple beats and most of his music revolves around wacky tobaccy. First we had the stand out cut from his new mixtape. I figured I’d add the mixtape download for anyone interested. “Hey Love” is the best you’re gonna get though, in my opinion. Next is his stand-out song from his previous mixtape. You can get that here if interested. Feel Good bumps. Enjoy.

FKi – Red Cup

Nice Party Song

So this is a nice little party song. It’s not the best song but I’m sure at 2am on a Saturday morning it will sound much better. This is an up and coming group. Hit the jump to see the official video. Enjoy..

H*Wood ft. Young Money – Bedrock (Remix)

Uptempo Remix

H*Wood is an upcoming artist who has been blowing up the radio in LA with his single “Could It Be You.” Growing up around techno music, he got used to rapping over uptempo beats, and this song is no different. If you don’t like his verses in the song, you’ll probably still like the revamped beat of “Bedrock.”

Mickey Factz – Need for Speed feat. Curtis Santiago

Good Mixtape Leak

Here is a leak off Mickey’s forthcoming mixtape entitled I’m Better Than You which is set to drop in a few weeks. Mickey has shown some real promise lately. Clearly he has talent, but it’s very under-appreciated because his sound isn’t very mainstream. If you remember back last summer Mickey was one of XXL freshmen. No idea who this Curtis fella is but he provides great vocals. Enjoy

Busta Rhymes – You Ain’t Fuckin’ With Me feat. Cam’ron

Good Rap Song

So the tagged up version of this song leaked earlier today courtesy of Big Mike but here is the liberated version. Hard, tough song here. To begin I will say I’m sure most people won’t like this but I don’t really care. I will also take this time to say Cam’ron does not get the respect he deserves. Apparently Busta will throw on another verse in the final version. Enjoy real hip-hop.

Deepside Deejays – Live It Up!

Feel-Good Reggae/Electro Song

From Deepside Deejays here is their latest single, Live It Up! What I really like about this song is how the feeling of the song changed from upbeat hip hop with an acoustic riff and a reggae singer to a solid house/electro song in a matter of seconds, and perfectly switches back and forth. A perfect summer song that will get you feeling good and ready for a nice day in the sun!

Cam’ron & Vado – Speaking In Tungs

Tough Rap Song

So while I’m on the Cam’ron theme I figured I should continue. This due has gotten better and better over the past couple months. The Boss of all Bosses mixtape series has given them some serious attention so they have no decided to try music that costs money. Here is what is rumored to be the lead single off their LP Gunz ‘N Butta. That boy Vado can spit. Go support these fellas and Enjoy. Spotted at TCC

“Douche It”

Here’s a new take on CBreezy and Tyga’s “Deuces.” This is entitled “Douche It,” just sit back and watch. If you so inclined there is an mp3 of this floating around but I’m going to go ahead and not post it. The video is well put together. Somehow they managed to film it in the exact same spot as the original.

Jay-Z x Lil’ Wayne – Summer In Brooklyn (Quincy Jones x Cookin’ Soul Remix)

Chill Remix

Very similar to this remix, they really don’t do much to the original. I’m a fan of the original so of course I liked this. Took out a few bumps and made the track much smoother. Hit the jump for a dumb video that you probably don’t want to watch. I love Wayne. Enjoy..
