Good luck I guess?
Kanye West Admits He Considered Suicide
Kanye reveled this to a crowd viewing the Runaway film last night. He said this..
“There were times that I contemplated suicide. I will not give up on life again. There’s so many people that will never get the chance to have their voice heard. I do it for them.”
I’m not saying anything about this. Hit the jump for Kanye’s interview on Ellen.
thanks Nav
Hottest MCs In The Game (#9): B.o.B. [Video]
I’m sorry but he deserves a higher placement. He had one of the best freshman albums I’ve EVER heard. He reminded us what it was like to have a COMPLETE album, not just 3 radio hits. The Adventures was top to bottom one of the best, if not the best, album of last year. Whatever.
MTV…
“For Mixtape Daily, he was one of the main featured guys, more than anyone else,” MTV News senior writer Jayson Rodriguez said during the Hottest MCs roundtable. “To sort of solidify it with these records … I just think he did a good job of what every underground MC wants to do: sort of take that and cross over and do it in a way where it’s credible. Where he can make these pop records, but the hip-hop community is still like, ‘He came from here. We know what he did. He’s solid.’ “
Kanye West Next Single to Feature 11 Artists
You thought some of his G.O.O.D. Friday collaborations were insane? Well, the man may out-do himself. His third single off of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy will feature: Rihanna, Alicia Keys, John Legend, The-Dream, Tony Williams, Charlie Wilson, Ryan Leslie, Fergie, La Roux’s Elly Jackson, Kid Cudi and Elton John. You can go ahead and read that list again if you would like. The single is called ‘All of the Lights.’ Now a couple weeks ago a song leaked by the same name, but I haven’t heard any connection yet, and that song featured Drake (if you don’t remember that almost got G.O.O.D. Friday cancelled). We will just have to wait until Saturday at 8pm when Ye’s long-anticipated Runaway film premieres. The song will be featured in the movie. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy comes out November 22nd.

Mochi Beats – Imagine a G6 (Glee + Beatles + David Guetta + Far East Movement + The Cataracs)
Nice Party Mashup
First off, yes I know Glee is in this, but trust me, it definitely works out. This track is perfect for any party, and especially for the dance floor. It mixes the lyrics of “Imagine” by John Lennon (Glee’s cover) and “Like A G6″ with David Guetta’s club-banger beat from “Club Can’t Handle Me”. All in all, solid mashup that will definitely get the plays this weekend. Enjoy!

Lee How – Vibrations
Some Chi-Town Talent
Here’s a nice tune from an artist I’ve never heard of before. I found out about this rapper through hand-outs for his Mixtape Drop Party tonight and checked out his Facebook and was surprised. His tape was filled with futuristic-electronic beats and pretty solid lyricism. Here’s my favorite off of his tape entitled “Vibrations”. It has a good head-nodding beat and some great rhymes to match the beat. Props to Mark for this one. Enjoy!
Cam Meekins – Cam Meekin’s Day Off (Mixtape)
Sick New Cam Meekins Tape
Well, we’ve been dropping some new tracks off of this tape and you guys have to seem have like his new stuff. You can definitely tell that with each track he is improving on both presentation and lyrics. With that said, definitely check out this tape. Cam has been a GMAD favorite for awhile now, so hopefully the fans we have on here will also support this tape. Below are three of my favorites off of the tape, but if you want 15 tracks of really solid beats matched with great rhymes click the link to download.

KAM Royal – Lemon Bacardi
Shoutout to New Orleans!
With KAM’s new tape his been in the studio alot recently and here’s one of his creations. He goes in on the freestyle-friendly “Lemonade” instrumental. Although you might have just read that and thought, “Wow, another?” but seriously check this one out. He adds a hook along with his insane lyricism to make a hit. Here’s some words from the man himself…
I was in the studio fucking around and came up with this. I know mad other people have done their own version of Lemonade but mine’s different for two reasons. 1. It’s iller than every version except Big Sean’s and 2. my version has a hook, so its more of a song than a “freestyle”. I’ll have more and more music to send in as the mixtape takes shape and songs get cut (for example this one isn’t making the tape its just to make music).
Enjoy
Kanye West – ‘Runaway’ (Sneak Peek)
More Kanye News? Sure why not…
Unveiling of this is Saturday at 8pm on MTV, BET, VH1, etc.
KiD CuDi- Marijuana (Live)
Brand new song from CuDi which will appear on the new album. I guess he’s letting us know he’s off that liquid cocaine and back to ‘That Tree.’ MOTM II due out November 9th.
N.E.R.D. – Hypnotize U
A whole bunch of Nothing…
Off of their upcoming album entitled ‘Nothing’ here is the latest from N.E.R.D., Hypnotize U. Featuring a very smooth and subtle beat produced by Daft Punk that draws you in with its simplicity, this song has a very ambient feel to it that goes perfect with those Pharrell vocals. It is perfect to put on and just relax to which I am really enjoying, and I hope they also feature some of their well known, bass heavy bangers on ‘Nothing’, due out Nov 2nd.
